The Consultancy Process

These are the steps we take in analysing and developing our recommendations:

1. First, a briefing meeting to understand our client’s business needs
2. Agreement of the business objective and software requirements
3. Review of client computer network and software setup in order our recommendations will achieve an effective operational ‘fit’.
4. Interviews with key personnel to ensure the software will meet operational demands.
5. Development and testing of software following the RAD system – Rapid Application Development – an agile method that creates the software solution in stages for client approval and allows the incorporation of ‘best practice’ features.
